First Name: Last Name: Email Address: Setup What did you think of the setup process? Was it clear and easy? Were you provided with all the necessary information? Would you change anything? Once you completed the setup, did you feel you were ready to start editing your page? Editing and Using Your Page Was it easy to add and edit links within the Link Bar? Were you able to make changes to tabs? Was anything on the page confusing? What other features would you add to the Friends and Family Page? Page Access Were you able to turn the page on/did you understand that you needed to do that? Did you set up a password? Was that process easy? Did it work for you?
